- Optomec Aerosal Jet Print is all geared up to run unabatingly for 8 hours.
- The solution will warrant automotive and medical applications, smart mobile devices, and a slew of wearable and electronic products.
Optomec recently announced upgradation of its Aerosal Jet print engine to function with an unabated 8-hour runtime. Optomec has taken the additive manufacturing world by storm with its innate 3D printing technology. The solution will leverage full shift operation to keep up with the demand of current and next-generation electronics manufacturing across a broad spectrum of industries.
In the same vein, this development will hog the limelight at IDTechEx Printed Electronics Show where Optomec will be showcasing Booth C11 in Santa Clara from November 20 through November 21, 2019. Reportedly, product manager for Aerosol Jet Bryan Germann is set to make a technical presentation titled,€œMaterials and Process Development of Aerosal Jet Production Applications€ on November 21, 2019.
Bryan Germann stressed the fact that they have honed the mist delivery mechanisms to propel the Aersoal Jet print engine to function incessantly for a full 8-hour shift. This development, coupled with the material deposition versatility of Aerosal Jet has made the system apt for manufacturing 3D antenna, high volume 3D advanced semiconductor packaging, circuitry and sensors, added the product manager. Bryan Germann believes the solution will warrant automotive and medical applications, smart mobile devices, and a slew of wearable and electronic products.
The highly awaited Optomec Aerosal Jet Print is all geared up to run unabatingly for 8 hours, maintaining minimal variation in mass output and keeping operator’s interference at bay. This resonates with high stability for line-height and line width and improved electrical performance.
Optomec’s Aerosal Jet technology can offer a seamless production solution propelling 3D printed electronics application. Meanwhile, in a bid to integrate into customers’ automation solution, print engine can be sold discretely in the form of scalable solution. Nevertheless, digital products such as Process Recipes are readily available to boost integration into production.
